Health and Safety Manager

We are looking to recruit a high calibre Health and Safety Manager to support the further development of our established policies and practices and to pro-actively drive a positive Health and Safety culture across the Company.

Working closely with the Board, Flight Safety and Quality colleagues and liaising with managers and external organisations, you will undertake inspections, prepare risk assessments, compile reports, coordinate training, design user-friendly documentation and identify current trends, systems and practices in Health and Safety.

You must be suitably qualified with a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent and 3 years experience of working in a generalist H&S role as a minimum.

You will also have strong organisation and communication skills, the ability to interact confidently with a range of colleagues, and a working knowledge of MS Office packages. Being responsible for a varied workload you will also have good time-management skills and be willing to make a positive and pragmatic contribution to the Company.
